My thoughts on Demonetization in India.

NaMo Narendra Modi.

Respected PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji formed the Government on 26th May 2014, by winning in the Parliament Elections with a huge mandate for his ideologies and manifesto. There were many times people questioned why Narendra Modi was not taking action on black money after Panama paper leaks. I was one of them. Most poor and middle-class families felt it was disgusting to see so many black money holders were left open, without taking any action against them. We felt Indians have to live with the Truth that top echelons of Indians are corrupt and there is no one daring to take action on them.

The scene was changed very suddenly and immediately, when Narendra Modi declared demonetization on 8th November 2016. It requires lots of guts to do and support from the public. Fortunately, since there were many people suffering from poverty in India many welcomed Modi Ji’s move. There were few negative incidents highlighted by media due to media barons with black money. Still, there were very few incidents which were minimal due to law enforcement agencies.

After all the period of demonetization, till 30th December 2016, people who lost some negligible part of black money or exposed to Income Tax Department started criticizing the Government that it failed in eradicating black money. Just like the way our Government kept quiet when we questioned why it is not dealing with black money holders, prior to demonetization, they are doing the same post demonetization now. GoI will crack the whip against such black money holders just at the right time so that Modi Ji comes into power again in 2019. There is nothing wrong with it and we all must welcome it.

Yes, Demonetization is The Beginning. Wait for Demonetization, The Conclusion. Also read, A Year After Demonetisation.

Demonetization, The Beginning.
